Are these residence negotiable for purchase?

- Yes, the prices are negotiable within the specified price range.

Can I rent instead of buying the units?

- Yes, you can. Harmoni 2 residence are available for rent. The rents are around RM 3,000 to RM 3,500 per month.

Does the Harmoni 2 residence  package have cash rebates?

- Yes, they do! Under a Chester representative, we give 23% cash rebate for any Malaysian and an added +5% Discount for Bumiputera citizen. For foreigners, we offer 15% cash rebate.

Can booking fees be refunded?

- Yes, the booking fee of RM 5,000 can be fully refunded.

What is the difference in prices between block A units and block B units in the Harmoni 2 Residence?

- Both units have slightly different prices due to the size (per square feet) and layout. But both units are still around the RM 6XX,XXX price range.

Does block A and block B units have same apartment layout?

- No, they do not. They have slightly different layout and the amount of per square feet varies. However, both block A and block B units have 3+1 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms.
